And.... Action

  1. Do you think crying is a sign of weakness or strength? No way. As a damn exciting woman I am a crier. I cry when I am mad and stressed and hurt and sad. I cry when others are feeling that way too.  Crying shows that one feels. And being human and humane is not weak.
  2. What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you? Share my real hurts and fears. When I know I can do that, I know I am with the person that believes in me. I then wouldnt feel the need to hold it all together all of the time.
  3. Do you celebrate the things you do have? I dont. But I dont feel that I dont appreciate them. Most of the time I dont feel like I am where I belong. In a sense, I feel I have one foot out the door. So what I have and where I live I dont celebrate. Now, my kids, I celebrate them.
  4. What is the difference between living and existing? Happiness.
  5. If not now, then when? The million dollar question. It is always now. Whether or not you know it. what you are doing, planning, worrying, regretting, or praying for can only be in the now.  So now is the answer.
  6. Have you done anything lately worth remembering? Many things. Big and small. I was at a wedding the other day. It made me remember why I am not getting married at this stage in my life. It isnt that I dont want to, it is because we wouldnt last. Marriage is still the number one cause of divorce.
  7. What does your joy look like today? Not giving up here. Also having a client trust me enough to express worry and show a human side. feeling appreciated today by a basic stranger. And carrot cake muffins.
  8. Is it possible to lie without saying a word? Totally. I know it as a dont ask dont tell. it is a bullshit way to live.
  9. If you had a friend who spoke to you in the same way that you sometimes speak to yourself, how long would you allow this person to be your friend? Forever. I am my biggest fan.
  10. Which activities make you lose track of time? Sleep. And doing eyelashes. creating something that will give someone a new sass in their step is a great way to lose track of time.
  11. If you had to teach something, what would you teach? All the things I forget to act upon. I once heard the expression, We teach what we need to know, and how true that is. Funny how things show up when we need them the most.
  12. What would you regret not fully doing, being or having in your life? The love I truly want.
  13. Are you holding onto something that you need to let go of? Yes, but I am not willing make that change right now.
  14. When you are 80-years-old, what will matter to you the most? I imagine my health and family.
  15. When is it time to stop calculating risk and rewards and just do what you know is right? I hate being in this question and I know that the answer will come
  16. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are? 32
  17. Would you break the law to save a loved one? I would break the law to show a loved one a good time.
  18. What makes you smile? A deep and settling conversation that moves mountains. (or Walls)
  19. When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done? no way. I am an action person.
  20. If you had the opportunity to get a message across to a large group of people, what would your message be? Live with intent. love with passion. take it slow. NEVER GIVE UP.

I can so relate to #2... but you probably knew that.

And I too love a great conversation. We need to have one. Over wine. :)

@Mandy- That surprises me. You seem like you would be an awesome friend which would seem to go with feeling that way about oneself.

@Goldie - Debris is floating around in my head and I want to write but I am in a complete avoidance mode.

@T - Wine? Red or White? ok. Ahh, #2. yearning for that one. xo

"Never give up." That's an important piece of advice.

I may steal this.
